Each year, a limited amount of Cuvée No.1is set aside for long-term lees ageing and released after several years as No.1 Reserve. The seamless palate has rich biscuity notes, focused fruit yeast and a lengthy finish that is delicate and fresh.

Limited to 1,680 bottles, each of which have been individually hand numbered and hand labelled. Presented in a sophisticated gift box.

Complex and intriguing, developing and very bright with a bouquet of complexity and development, fresh heirloom grapefruit, yellow peach and white spice, a deep core of autolysis and baked goods. Enticing. On the palate a rush of very fine bubbles and coarse-silk mousse textures, no mistaking the backbone of acidity, then a core of complexity from flavours of baked goods and orchard stone fruits, lemon peel and mineral. Saline and fresh, lengthy and delicious. As the wine warms in glass and opens out the complexity builds with a gentle floral quality and persistent tree and citrus fruit flavours. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2035.
