Cuvée No.1 The signature méthode traditionelle of No.1 Family Estate. This Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs displays the classic autolysis characteristics of toasty brioche, layered with citrus and stone fruits. It offers a fine, persistent bead, a firm mousse, and a long, elegant finish.
No.1 Reserve Each year, a limited amount of Cuvée No.1 is set aside for long-term lees ageing and released after several years as No.1 Reserve. The seamless palate has rich biscuity notes, focused fruit yeast and a lengthy finish that is delicate and fresh. Limited to 1,600 bottles, each of which is individually hand numbered and hand labelled.
