Cuvée No.1 NV The signature méthode traditionelle of No.1 Family Estate. This Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs displays the classic autolysis characteristics of toasty brioche, layered with citrus and stone fruits. It offers a fine, persistent bead, a firm mousse, and a long, elegant finish.
No.1 Rosé NV This delicate Pinot Noir Rosé boasts a fresh, youthful bouquet with pretty crushed strawberry flavours, nuanced hints of autolysis, almond, and subtle cherry. Dry and elegant, it features a fine, silky mousse.
Reine Cuvée Reserve NV A tribute to the family’s Mother and Mémère, Reine Vautrelle Le Brun. This classic méthode traditionelle blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier has been late disgorged after 4 years and given minimal dosage, resulting in a seamless and sophisticated Extra Brut Reserve.
